FAQ / Terms
What videos are included?
You can use your allocation for reels, short form videos, long form videos or podcast episodes. We expect that these videos are ongoing regular content with the same style, same branding etc. if you throw something at us that’s hyper creative & takes twice as long as everything else, we’ll take 2 credits for that. We have a cap on how many man hours we can spend editing one video, we’ll let you know the boundaries when we do a discovery meeting.
Lighthouse Studios is in Bali & I am not. Can I still join?
The studio time can be rolled over for as much as 3 months, so like many of our clients, you can come in & batch record several times throughout the year if you’re not planning to record often. If however you plan not to be in Bali, you could send us the files & we’ll work on it remotely.
What can I record in the studios, any restrictions?
You can use your allocated hours to record whatever you want. Even if you record something that’s outside of the editing we are doing, that’s acceptable, as long as you don’t go over your hours allocation.
What’s the cost of recording my course with LightHouse?
Our most affordable package costs $797, which includes half a day of recording in our studio which includes the edits. We can also create a custom package just for you.
What is the minimum sign up period?
First month is trial period in which you can cancel before the first month is up. After that, you’re locked in for another 5 months (total 6 months). You can change plans in that time, but can’t cancel (you won’t want to anyway).
